Return Policy
At the store
Within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note (but no refund) for an item you are not satisfied with, under certain conditions:
- The original invoice must be presented.
- The item must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed. It must be clean, odorless and without animal hair.
- The item is still in its original packaging and the labels are still attached to it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks and airsoft items. Gift cards are also final sales. Shipping costs, if any, are not reimbursed.
Upon return, your name and phone number are required.
If a refund is authorized, it must be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy and we will be happy to assist you in the warranty process.
Postal orders
Within 30 days of receiving the package, you can return one or more items using the postage-paid label that comes with the package for Canadian orders. For international orders, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost. The product will be refunded after reception if the following conditions are met:
- The item must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed. It must be clean, odorless and without animal hair.
- The item is still in its original packaging and the labels are still attached to it.
If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks, batteries, fuel and airsoft items.
If a refund is authorized, it will be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice. There may be a delay in processing the refund.

It is your responsibility to contact us (1-877-293-4525 / [email protected]) before returning a product to expedite the processing of the return. You must also ensure that the packaging is compliant and secure. If a prepaid return label is included in your original package, it is your responsibility to use it and we do not reimburse shipping cost if the return label is lost.
If your package is returned to us after more than 10 days of waiting at the post office, reshipment costs may be charged.
