Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance, the actual or volumetric weight of the items ordered, and the selected shipping service. Fees are calculated in real time in the shopping cart. Orders placed as part of a quotation, special bid, or benefiting from a corporate pricing agreement are not eligible for free shipping.

Deliveries for Canada
Deliveries in Canada are sent with expedited parcels, unless another delivery mode is mentioned. All orders are insured against damage and lost. According to the destination of the parcel, the applying federal and provincial taxes will be billed during the treatment of the order. Most orders are shipped the next business day, from our warehouse at Quebec. Delivery in rural regions, remote regions or foreign destinations may take more time. Sales taxes billed are related to the destination of the order, which means the address where the order will be delivered. Delivery delays are between 3 and 12 days for expedited parcels, and 2 to 5 days for priority mail. Oversized items have an additional charge of 25$.

Deliveries for the United States

All orders delivered to the United States are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. They are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, like all merchandise entering the United States, they are subject to import duties, U.S. taxes, and customs administration fees, in accordance with Executive Order 14324.

A payment request will be sent to you by email via PayPal or Authorized. Recipients are required to pay these additional fees, duties, and taxes before their package is shipped.

As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the time required to pay the applicable customs duties and fees.

International deliveries
All orders with foreign deliveries are sent by plane. Those orders are not liable to the Canadian taxes. However, like for all orders crossing the customs, they are liable to custom import fees, foreign taxes, and customs administration duties. Receivers must clear those supplementary fees, duties and taxes. Some international destinations benefit from a special service from Xpresspost International of Canada Post. Check Post Canada website for further information. Delivery, according to destination, might take between 1 and 4 weeks. Customers will need to pay themselves the shipping cost for returns.

Picking-up order in shop
You can buy with our online shop and choose to pick up yourselves your items at our physical shop. To do it, simply choose the option «In shop» as shipping method. Please advise us if you are planning to pick up your order more than 30 days after your purchase.

Restrictions
Restrictions to deliveries may apply to some products and some destinations. Those restrictions can be related to regional distribution agreements, expedition of dangerous products or out of norms products, and also on the complexity related to the exportation of some articles.
