The WADSN GG Hydra mount is an aluminum riser that elevates your red dot sight to an optical centerline height of 74 mm (2.91 inches). This mount creates extra clearance between the sight and the rail, allowing for a more comfortable aiming position when wearing a headset or gas mask.
Technical Specifications
This riser is CNC-machined from matte aluminum, offering remarkable lightness given its durability. Its universal platform is compatible with all standard Picatinny rails and features a top-mounted 22mm Picatinny rail for attaching optics. The mount supports Aimpoint Micro T1/T2 sights and includes a cable management slot in the riser neck.
CQB and Field Application
During skirmishes, this riser eliminates the need to tilt your head awkwardly to aim. On compact replicas with limited rail space, the elevated position still allows for the mounting of lights or lasers on the lower rail section. The cable slot ensures neat wire management.
