Shooting EVA Teeth Protection Splint

Instructions:

1. Soak the guards in warm water (approximately 70°C) for about 10 seconds.

2. Remove the mouthguard and place it in your mouth, ensuring the front and back teeth are properly positioned in the channel.

3. Position the mouthpiece over your teeth and bite down. Hold it against your jaw for 10 seconds, taking care not to break it.

4. Remove the guards and submerge them in cold water for 10 seconds to set the shape.

Important notes:

1. If the size needs adjustment, use a blade or scissors to trim away any excess material.

2. When cleaning, use a toothbrush and cold water; do not use hot water.

3. If you have gum inflammation or oral irritation, please consult a dentist before use.
