The Olympus G4 deployment bag is a military-issue model designed for personnel who deploy frequently—often in harsh conditions—without the luxury of choosing their mode of transport. This is the current generation of the DLA-listed Olympus platform cargo bag—a design proven in the field by active-duty units, the Air National Guard, and contractors since its launch.

This version features the OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern), matching the standard-issue uniforms of the U.S. Army and Air Force.

A bag that functions as both a duffel and a hard-shell case.
Soft bags collapse under pallet straps. Hard cases incur checked baggage fees on every trip. The Olympus G4 offers the internal protection of a hard case, the volume and carry comfort of a backpack, and the convenience of a rolling suitcase. One piece of gear, three ways to carry it, and a structure robust enough to support the weight of a stack of Pelican cases.

A rolling trunk, not a soft bag.
The interior features a 360° ABS structure with closed-cell foam, allowing the bag to maintain its shape whether empty or fully loaded. Three removable ABS shelves attach via 360° Velcro, allowing the bag to function as a gear locker—with a helmet at the top and boots at the bottom—or to be used with the shelves removed for a maximum volume of 9,000 cubic inches.

The beige 420D packcloth interior isn't just an aesthetic choice; the light color remains clearly visible even in low light, making it easy to find your gear at 3 a.m. without having to empty the bag.

Open the expansion panel, and the bag gains a third more capacity without the sides buckling. The structure supports the load in both configurations, keeping shelves stable and ensuring the wheels maintain traction.

The Shark Wheels, the 14-inch (35.5 cm) retractable telescopic handle, and the padded backpack suspension aren't add-ons. They are permanently integrated into the bag, ready when you need them.

Patented 4-inch (10 cm) Shark Wheels with dual ball bearings, supporting up to 200 lbs (90 kg) per wheel. They roll over pallet gaps, gravel, and grating without getting stuck like standard casters.
