The TT 38 IRR modular medical bag features a fully expandable main compartment containing six transparent, hook-and-loop-attachable pouches. This compartment also offers various attachment options for medical supplies, allowing for a customized equipment layout. Two fixed, wide-opening front pockets and a wide-opening compartment on the flap ensure easy access to medical gear, as does a dedicated front compartment for disposable gloves. Included adapter straps allow the padded shoulder straps to be removed, enabling the bag to be attached directly to a body armor vest.

The CORDURA® materials, along with the webbing, hook-and-loop fasteners, and buckles, meet the rigorous German Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 regarding IRR (infrared-reflective) camouflage properties (IRR 650–1250 nm / 10–42%).
