The main compartment of the TT Modular Medic Combat Pack 18 IRR features two removable panels made of Tegris®—a lightweight, robust material—complete with attachment hardware. It also includes a removable pouch with a transparent flap, a long zippered pocket in a contrasting color, a removable IV bag pouch, and a dedicated pocket for patient documentation. MOLLE-compatible hook-and-loop surfaces allow for the attachment of individual gear. Three front pockets, each with various internal compartments, feature a fleece-lined hook-and-loop exterior for labeling. A compression pouch for a rescue strap is located at the bottom of the pack.

The CORDURA® materials, as well as the webbing, hook-and-loop fasteners, and buckles, meet the rigorous German Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 regarding IRR (Infrared Reflective) camouflage properties (IRR 650–1250 nm / 10–42%).
